When you instal Microsoft Office in your computer, the system would prompt you to enter the user name and company of the person using the software. Eg: Author is Dan and Company is Home
May I ask how to change the author and company info for Microsoft Powerpoint so that whenever you create a new document, it would reflect your new changes? Eg: Name is John and Company is Office
