How do you change your profile picture for the user account on the computer?

there are different profiles you can have on your computer. each user has a name and a profile picture and a password. I go to control panel and click on user accounts and go to Change Profile Picture. But every time I click on any picture ( even the default pictures) and click Change Picture, a box pops up that says %26quot;Permission Denied%26quot;. I don%26#039;t understand why it does this. This only happens on my user account. You can change the picture on other accounts but not mine. I am even the Administrator user on the computer. Can someone please help me?|||On Winz you need Admin or SuperUser access to wipe your b*m...

You will have to ask your parent to do it for you.

Or, if you meant that YOU (yourself, while logged in in this [problematic] account) can do it to other users than something in Winz is corrupt.

Copy all data and recreate a user profile...|||use youtube for this awnser. Itll probably help you out more.
