we just got rid of a computer virus a couple weeks ago and paid $130 for a pro. to do it. he did a great job and installed a lot of firewall and virus protection stuff for our computer, and yesterday, something happened.
i was on the computer, and i got a popup saying %26#039;virus alert,do you want your computer protected?%26#039; or something like that. now i%26#039;m not a computer expert, so i clicked %26#039;protect.%26#039; then, every 15 seconds, we started getting popups about the %26quot;virus.%26quot; we looked this up on google and it said this is a virus that destroys everything in your computer, and the only way to get rid of it is to do a system restoration. we did that, and it%26#039;s working perfectly fine, but there%26#039;s only one thing.
we have 3 users on the computer, named %26quot;brian,%26quot; %26quot;joyce,%26quot; and %26quot;kelsey.%26quot;
i was on kelsey%26#039;s user when i clicked the popup, and thats when it started to come every 15 seconds. after we did restoration, we were able to sign onto joyce%26#039;s, but it will NOT let us sign on to brian%26#039;s or kelsey%26#039;s. every time we enter the password, it starts to sign on, but then immediatley goes back to the login screen. we tried to change the password and that didn%26#039;t work either.
can someone tell me what%26#039;s wrong and how to fix this?!?! PLEASE HELPPP! we REALLLY don%26#039;t want to pay another $130 for something we could have done ourselves. thanks so muchh!|||Hi,

you have a really bad virus and the only thing to kill it is %26quot;Mailwarebytes%26quot;, some times this virus blocks anti-virus sites so download it using another system on to a Flash drive then use the flash drive to install it onto the infected system, then reboot and press F8 as it boots up, this will take you into safe mode, then run a FULL scan of your system.
this will clear your system of this virus.

you just change your web browser %26amp; install another like chrome, firefox, opera then every thing will get ok
