How to change a Windows 7 log-in background? (Please help!)?

I recently got a Dell laptop and I wanted to know how to change the background. When I originally got it, the log-in screen was the default blue with the bird and leaves or whatever it is. Later, it changed (I didn%26#039;t purposely change it myself) to a log-in screen with a grey-ish background. Now, its back to the default blue.

I was wondering how to change it, or if it changes by itself with the icon next to your name? Are there more than one background to choose from?

I already tried the %26quot;Windows 7 forum%26quot;...I%26#039;d like to try to do this without downloading anything, as I don%26#039;t want any viruses or hackers on my computer...
